1. Shipping Charges & Order Value

  • Orders Below ₹499: A flat shipping fee of ₹79 will be charged at checkout.

  • Orders of ₹499 and Above: You qualify for Free Shipping on your entire order.

Please note: Shipping charges are calculated on the final cart value after applying any discounts or coupon codes.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) after order confirmation.

  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, shipments generally take 2 to 5 working days to reach your address, depending on your location and regional transit conditions.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • As soon as your order is handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation via Email and/or WhatsApp.

  • This notification will include a unique Tracking ID and a link so you can monitor your package's journey in real time.

4. Serviceable Pin Codes & Delivery Issues

  • We partner with leading courier services to ensure maximum reach across India.

  • Incorrect Information: Please double-check your shipping address, landmark, and phone number at checkout. Lou Lou Luve will not be held responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If you are unavailable or unreachable to receive the parcel, the package will be marked as "Return to Origin" (RTO). Re-shipping an RTO package may attract additional delivery fees.
